Double Tap Agency is on the lookout for someone who loves delegating but doesn’t mind getting in there when extra work needs to be done. Detailed and organised, someone who thrives in a fun creative environment, who takes pride in service and stakeholder relationships and who isn’t afraid to be proactive and roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

A hybrid role focusing on client and team management, but a passion for digital marketing and social media to assist the team where needed.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage campaign workflow such as allocating resources and capacity for brand experience campaigns.

  • Oversee the management of external creative contractors

  • Educate key stakeholders on all aspects of campaign processes and workflow.

  • Manage new enquiries from the organisation and handle deliverable expectations.

  • Assist Campaign Manager to monitor and maintain campaign platforms (goodday)

  • Assist account Managers with social media tasks & campaign roll out 

  • Support the Byron studio with office and administrative duties

  • Answering the phone and transferring messages accordingly

  • Meet and greet clients as they arrive for meetings

  • Ordering and maintenance of office, kitchen and equipment supplies

  • Ensure the office is tidy, clean, organised and runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis

  • Provide ad hoc reports

  • Organise office operations and procedures

  • Manage directors schedules, calendars and appointments

  • Responsible for developing and implementing Byron office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office

  • Induction of new Staff & providing HR support to the Director.

  • Maintaining and reviewing  OH&S compliance and inducting new staff.


  • Exemplary organisational and administrative skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Developed ability to liaise effectively with external contractors and clients.

  • Knowledgeable of social media and digital marketing processes.

  • Experience in writing creative briefs across multi-channel campaigns and creative disciplines.

  • A vibrant, welcoming personality and positive attitude

  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and an interest in processes, systems and planning

  • Knowledge of social media best practices

  • MS Office Skills – Word, Excel & Google Drive essential

  • Proficient in Canva

  • Ability to manage well under pressure.

  • Efficient, hard-working, proactive and self-motivated

  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess a flexible ‘can do’ attitude

  • Be able to take direction as well as the capacity to operate independently using initiative and self-direction to produce high quality work

  • Ability to multitask, switch from project to project and prioritise effectively

  • Organise office events and team meetings

  • Committed and reliable team member

  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g.printers)

  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang

  • Problem solving skills

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

  • A genuine interest in Administration
