STORE SALES ASSISTANT

Noah The Label  is looking for a Sales Assistants to join our team of staff in our North Sydney Store. The Sales Assistant is the face of Noah The Label in driving exceptional customer service in store while upholding brand values. This role is perfect for the confident, positive and inspiring individual who upholds a passion for customer happiness. 

Requirements and Experience:

Experience in retail required, minimum of one year preferred

Excellent customer service skills

Problem-solving and initiative skills

Have the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers

Strong communication skills 

Passionate about customer service

Possess good people skills and have an outgoing, bubbly personality

Thorough understanding of the brand and values at Noah The Label 

An overall outstanding teammate who has the ability to cope under pressure at times

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintain immaculate presentation of shop at all times 

Maintain an exceptional level of customer service, leading by example in communication and customer engagement

Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling

Achieving set weekly/monthly KPI’s
