Hemley Store/Full-time/$60,000 to $70,000

Key Responsibilities
– Ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales
– Overseeing general store maintenance & OHS
– Training and developing staff
– Delegating tasks and following through to completion
– Overseeing stocktake and maintaining loss prevention
– Overseeing company retail practices and reporting back to ensure relevant training and development is being driven across staff
– Strong visual merchandising skills

To be successful you must have the following:

  • – Advanced leadership skills
    – The ability to manage a team of upto 4 at once
  • – Good communication skills
  • – A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role
  • – Proven retail experience
  • – Must be hands on and commercially business minded
  • – Excellent time management skills
  • – You will need experience in successfully reaching sales targets
