The role

We are looking for a talented social media manager who will lead and execute our social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. You will work with a bunch of ambitious marketers and creative people in our Growth team. Your main responsibilities will include social media content management, content creation, community building and brand partnerships.

Driva has revolutionised the car financing experience in Australia, helping customers get instant access to accurate, pre-qualified finance and insurance offers from ~30 partners. We provide customers unparalleled transparency and simplicity in the car financing process to ensure they are well informed when picking their loan options.

Driva is a fast growing fintech backed by leading Australian Fintech investors who share our vision of disrupting the car-buying market. We are at an exciting stage of our business’s development, with rapid growth expected in the next 24 months as we look to continue to re-shape how consumers buy cars in Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a content plan that showcases Driva’s main selling points, fosters a community and is in line with platform trends
  • Execute and optimise effective social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Moderate Driva’s growing online community and driving engagement across platforms
  • Launch and manage influencer marketing campaigns
  • Working closely with the rest of the Growth team to ensure that social media strategy is integrated with the overall Growth team and business strategy

About you

  • 2+ years experience in social media, graphic design or similar creative fields
  • Excellent knowledge across a range of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • A willingness to learn and stay on top of evolving social trends
  • Experience using design tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop are desirable but not essential
  • The ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
