All pieces are made to order and handmade between Milan and Melbourne and are cast in recycled precious metals. Keyna values sustainability and strives for a no waste system, including the packaging which is recycled and recyclable. 

Job Description:

This internship provides you with the freedom to harness your creativity in the realm of social media marketing while contributing to the growth of a small jewellery business. If you’re passionate about social media, full of innovative ideas, thrive in planning and organisation, and possess a keen eye for aesthetics, this internship could be ideal for you!

Roles:

• Assisting with content creation: Brainstorm ideas for visually appealing and on-brand content that truly represents Keyna’s aesthetic essence.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the brand’s goals and values.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to promote Keyna Jewellery products effectively.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance using analytical tools, provide regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
• Content Calendar: Assist in managing the social media content calendar, scheduling posts, and ensuring a consistent brand presence.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a relevant course (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, etc.).
• Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to work collaboratively.

This internship will run for 3 months with the opportunity to move to a paid role. Hours/days are flexible depending on your other commitments.
