Social media and content manager required – Events & Music. 

Working alongside 2 of Sydney’s leading Electronic Music promoters, we are looking for a highly skilled candidate with at least 2 years experience in the industry. You must be savvy with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads and Analytics. You must be a multitasker and be able to juggle multiple events, festivals and tours. You will be an integral component to our team, bringing your expertise and experience on board.This role demands a thorough understanding of electronic music and social media channels.  
Your KPIs will focus on driving traffic, ticket sales, increased purchase frequency and growing our already established customer database.
Social media is always on, so you are doer and someone who is flexible to work outside of the normal office hours in both a team environment and also unsupervised.  

As the Social Media & Content Manager, you will:

Manage and oversee all Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google advertising and schedulingMaintain weekly and monthly content calendars including planning and scheduling
Assist in development of design briefs and presentationsAssist in development of creative content generation
Manage high-level ad account budgets for Facebook and Instagram advertising 
Develop and implement strategies for growth and brand awareness
Drive and build engaging video content
Stay on top of industry trends and innovations
Provide weekly reports and data breakdowns of ads and accounts
Analysing performance and developing strategies to increase traffic to convert ticket sales
Propose, implement and manage all Facebook, Instagram, TikTok advertising; identifying key categories and/or products
Provide insights and analytics profiling the dance music community
Collaborate and foster relationships with key partners (venues, sponsors, artists, partners)
Drive and build engaging video content primarily through Youtube and TikTok
Explore and test new and emerging social channelsCreate weekly eDM (e-news) email outs to our databases 

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a social media roleYou will be someone with an in-depth understanding of social media, digital design and how build and engage communities and sell multiple events from 500-20,000 capacities.Have in-depth knowledge and passion for electronic music, artists, festivals & events (specificallyelectronic music)
Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn content and trends
Graphic design skills (Adobe, Illustrator) Understanding of Facebook Creator Studio along with scheduling tools 
Extensive experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Business SuiteVideo editing skills also desirable.A passion and proven history in selling out music events.An understanding of PR alongside great writing skills.Salary to be discussed at interview.
