Do you live and breathe social media, always know the latest TikTok trends before they blow up, and love fashion and sales? Are you the person who’s always saying, “Omg, I have an idea!” and then making it happen? Then we’d luuuurve to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging content across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, experimenting with fresh ideas to keep our brand relevant and exciting.
  • Be comfortable on camera, whether it’s taking part in TikToks, Instagram stories, or content shoots.
  • Assist with admin tasks such as events management, community gifting & posting, email management, and influencer outreach.
  • Attend occasional shoot days and help coordinate logistics.
  • Analyse social media performance and provide insights to refine strategies.

  • Creative and analytics-driven: You love coming up with new ideas, but you’re also a whiz with metrics.
  • Trendsetter: You’re not just following the trends, you’re setting them.
  • Proactive: You see what needs to be done and dive in without being told.
  • Camera-ready: You’re cool with being on camera and helping create fun, engaging content.
  • Shopping enthusiast: You know what’s hot in the fashion and lifestyle space.
  • Based in Sydney and available to work in our Surry Hills office with flexibility for occasional travel to shoots and wfh.
