Senior Social Media Content Creator

L&A Social Media, Australia’s leading social media agency, is on the lookout for an ambitious, creative & passionate Senior Social Media Content Creator work across some of the world’s leading brands within automotive, FMCG, fashion and beyond developing their content and ideating campaigns.

Your role will include:

• Working with clients (consumer brands), and your co-workers to ideate and develop social and digital content, as well as larger scale creative ideas / content 
• Creative development of content, including photography & videography for all digital & social channels
• Design, photo editing & video editing
• Social media & digital ideation & creative strategy
• Analysing social media & digital content and ensuring it is hitting brand goals
• Campaign creative ideation & development
• Developing & pitching ideas to brands 
• Mentorship and skill sharing with more junior members of the creative team

The right individual will have:

• 4+ years photography, videography & content creation experience
• Strong design, photography, videography and brand knowledge and a feel for design aesthetic
• Social media and/or digital content creation experience
• Ability to communicate seamlessly with clients and team members of all levels
• Have a proven capability successfully working toward tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Photoshop & Premiere a must; knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci & Lightroom a bonus
• Competent in DSLR video shooting and editing workflows
• Ability to operate a Sony FX6 /  RED / Cinema-grade camera a bonus
• Knowledge of Studio / video lighting setup
• Photography / Video shoot organisation and management a bonus
• Leadership/mentorship experience a bonus
