Senior Project Manager

The Project Manager is a pivotal role and essentially acts as the communication hub and interface for Binyan Studios between the client and the creative team.

4+ years in Project or Account management in marketing, property, architecture or similar is preferred.

The role is dynamic, fast paced and often pressured so resilience, maturity and adaptability are essential components to succeed..

Excellent written and verbal communication are essential, an understanding of architectural drawings is also preferred but not essential

You will be a holistic, proactive person who loves taking ownership and responsibility. 

You will need to be able to juggle schedules and sometimes conflicting deadlines and display effective negotiating skills.

This would be a role for a person who is highly organised and has a strong attention to detail.

Your Main duties : 

Confidently communicate with clients and manage their expectations

Proactively collate project information from external stakeholders and organise into internal production briefs

Effectively interpret a client brief and communicate to the internal production teams

Confidently lead client meetings and internal project team briefings  

Effectively work within a team of project managers to manage a shared schedule and production resources

Ensure the accuracy of detail shown within the CGIs with a high level of attention to detail

Effectively manage suppliers when required on a project

Effectively plan, organise and manage the production life cycle of your project ensuring the delivery of finalised CGIs to the client
