About the role:
- Implementation of PR & talent strategies across all categories of the Myer business, including; fashion, beauty, home, and kids & toys to ensure a fully cohesive and integrated approach
- Key activities include; seasonal campaigns (Season launch,Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Christmas), along with major store events, talent appearances, and always on influencer activity
- Identify, manage and negotiate end-to-end campaigns with content creators and influencers
- Oversee the deliverables and logistics for Myer Ambassadors, including; advertising, media, PR, social & events
About you:
- An experienced PR, influencer, or talent management professional with minimum 2/3-years experience, inhouse or agency side
- Ideally you will have experience working in the fashion/retail industry and a passion for this space
- Proven experience in managing and nurturing talent, ambassadors and celebrity relationships.
- Strong understanding of the influencer landscape and the ability to identify talent that resonates with the Myer audience
- Proven negotiation skills with talent managers and influencer-level talent
- A multi-tasker, with the ability to manage multiple people and projects at any given time
- An excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to develop and leverage relationships with our internal team, agencies and brand partners
TALENT
- Work closely with the National Publicist to execute the defined influencer/ambassador strategy to achieve strong results
- Populating the monthly influencer calendar and supplying key influencer content to the social media team for use across Myer-owned channels
- Drive negotiations with influencer and ambassador talent with the support of the National Publicist
- Research talent suggestions that are appropriate and on-brief across ambassadors, campaign and influencer talent
- Manage campaigns with content creators / influencers across all categories of the business, including development of talent briefings
- Develop talent contracts with the support of the National Publicist and Legal team
- Develop relationships with influencer talent, and talent managers
- Manage day to day logistics with Ambassadors and Campaign talent, including day counts, and talent approvals
- Maintaining and populating influencer database with key contacts, costs and previous deliverables
- Reporting on all talent activity to assess ROI and performance
PR SUPPORT
- When required, support the PR function by pulling together media lists, media talent briefings and on-site talent management
ADMIN
- Manage internal approvals with varying stakeholders for all influencer content and costs
- Management of invoicing, working closely with finance to ensure suppliers are paid in a timely manner
- Updating internal reporting documents with influencer and ambassador activity
- Management of gift vouchers for influencer activity and ambassador talent
- Management and facilitation of in-store product loans, and couriers
This role is full time and can be located in either Melbourne or Sydney depending on the applicants preference.
