MCMPR has an opportunity for a driven and dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team working with leading global fashion, lifestyle and beauty clients.


MCMPR is the Australian brand strategy and creative ideas agency of choice for aspirational global and domestic brands. We have been shaping and communicating client vision in the fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail and luxury ecommerce spheres for over 25 years.

As part of a dynamic, progressive and supportive work environment – the major areas of responsibility for this position include the development and delivery of results-driven communications, digital and influencer strategies; event production; team mentoring and management; client profitability and new business pitching while managing day-to-day client contact, reporting and accountability.


The successful candidate will ideally have 5 years of experience in a similar role working across fashion, lifestyle  and beauty, with excellent industry references.

Customer Service and experience with luxury brands is also an advantage. Fashion and beauty experience is essential.


Our ideal talent is a collaborative team player who is creatively-minded, demonstrates attention to detail, has strong verbal and written communication, and problem solving skills.


Essential Skills & Requirements:


  • Experience and interest in omni-channel marketing and communications
  • Extensive knowledge and genuine interest in the luxury, aspirational and resale sectors of fashion, lifestyle and beauty industries
  • Meticulous organisation skills and proven ability to work efficiently, proactively, prioritise and meet deadlines – thinks two steps ahead
  • Discreet, professional and well spoken, with excellent networking skills
  • Extensive experience discussing, developing and responding to client briefs
  • Development and delivery of results-driven communications, digital and influencer strategies, activations and other activities
  • Ability to develop appropriate campaign measures and accountable for results and client satisfaction
  • Keen strategic and creative mind
  • Strategy and pitch experience – creating documentation and verbal presentation
  • Approachable, reliable, and thorough approach to day-to-day client contact, management and accountability
  • Advanced, concise and effective communication skills – written, verbal, creative
  • Proven track record and established relationships with media, influencers and industry
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and market-relevant regulations
  • Comprehensive IT skills – proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Microsoft Office programs especially Excel
  • Event, and partnership experience – negotiations, partnership development, concept, production and budgeting
  • Capable of leading and directing projects autonomously and as part of a team
  • Innate sense of personal style and impeccable presentation
