Who are we?

For over 22 years (practically adults!) we’ve been creating experiences, engaging consumers and pushing the boundaries of brand immersion. At PIM, we work hard to deliver unique and seamless brand experiences that get results. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we do take our client’s brands seriously. Because building brands is serious business. Seriously.

If you are passionate about creative marketing and special events and dream about being part of a team that delivers unique experiences, then this is the opportunity for you to become the next PIMster!

A bit about the role

As an Account Manager you will serve as the day to day contact across a portfolio of clients. Under the direction of a Senior Account Manager and/or Account Director you will ensure your clients derive maximum value from our services and manage the delivery of all client requirements – ensuring the client feels updated, clear and confident with progress.

You will be confident working at a fast pace across multiple projects, whilst always maintaining a can-do attitude, attention to detail and an appetite to succeed.

In this role, your sound event and experiential marketing experience will be just as important as your skills in client relationship building and management. You will be a highly motivated individual, who thrives best when they are part of a team. You enjoy working collaboratively and you recognise the value and responsibility of working in a team as you seek to maintain and build effective relationships both internally and externally. You will establish yourself as a safe pair of hands to get stuck in on a variety of projects and assist where needed.

You will demonstrate a sound ability to write and co-ordinate effective and compelling proposals, briefs and presentations. With consultation from your team, you will be confident in creating a unified and seamless approach to ideation and delivery by proactively bringing together the right people, at the right time.

We expect this role to have a thorough understanding and insight into their clients, vision, values, competitive environment and industry landscape. You will keep up to date with the latest marketing, events, experiential trends to ensure clients have access to the latest techniques and best practice.

Your experience will have given you an understanding of all agency functional areas including studio, creative, concept development, print/digital production, media and digital with the ability to project manage all types of briefs.
