Promotions Coordinator – KIIS 1065

In this role, you will:

  • Support the implementation of a range of exciting and industry-leading content led on-air campaigns for The Kyle and Jackie O Show and across KIIS1065
  • Support the implementation of a variety of integrated client campaigns, sitting in our content and brand environments, across our owned radio, digital and social platforms
  • Support the implementation of stunts and events from ideation and planning to live on-ground event management

Over a typical week, you will:

  • Prepare campaign documents and participate in internal meetings with all internal key stakeholders to deliver a high standard of execution across all campaign deliverables
  • Monitor and optimise campaigns based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates, airchecks and post campaign reporting
  • Manage the briefing and implementation of campaign artwork and digital commitments through Salesforce to internal teams
  • Established strong relationships with local PR agencies and Brand & Promotions direct clients to support sourcing and management of contra for local benchmarks
  • Support the Street Team when required with activation planning and on-ground coordination

What Skills You’ll Have:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a similar environment – radio, TV or media promotions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously
  • A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work autonomously with efficient time management and a strong ability to effectively prioritise
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with Salesforce desirable, but not essential
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications or similar desirable, but not essential
