What’s the gist?

We’re looking for a people-person to come join our team as our go-to Partnerships team member!

What your day-to-day might look like:


  • Work with the Marketing team to grow, develop and execute new and creative PR and partnership strategies to achieve company goals
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the partnerships program including researching, evaluating and onboarding new partners and affiliates to the brand
  • Optimise affiliate/partnership relationships to drive impactful growth and maximise ROI in line with the brand and marketing strategy
  • Monitor, analyse and track influencer and affiliate performance and interpret affiliate program metrics to diagnose and solve problem areas
  • Maintain and leverage relationships with media publishers and network to achieve strong amplification for partnership campaigns
  • Own all communication with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) /influencers, including closing end-to-end collaborations, from creative briefing to content approval


  • Exceptional interpersonal, time management and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of, or direct experience working with, Australian publishers, networks and other brands
  • A data-driven approach to working with partners, influencers, publishers and the wider community
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment and manage multiple projects at one time autonomously and positively
  • Hunger to learn – open to sponges all around.
