Our client is one of Australia’s most iconic venues and we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and friendly EA to join the team to support the CEO.There has never been a more exciting time to join this company as they are about to go through a huge transition, so you’ll get the opportunity to work on some amazing projects.The role will be varied and diverse so you will need to have significant experience supporting a senior executive. Along with a proactive and helpful attitude, you’ll have strong MS Office & technical ability to manage all the usual EA tasks. This role requires you to have a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, excellent communication skills and be great with people. Day to day you will be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Calendar management / Coordinating meetings
  • Maintaining a high level of awareness of matters coming in and out of the CEO’s office
  • Providing a high-level of administrative support / Responding to enquiries with sound judgement
  • Booking & planning travel itineraries and requirements
  • Producing presentations or reports as needed
  • Attending meetings when necessary and taking key notes

What you’ll need to have:

  • 3+ years in a PA/EA role supporting an executive
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
  • Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating confidence and the ability to liaise at executive levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong attention to detail
