Our client is one of Australia’s most iconic venues and we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and friendly EA to join the team to support the CEO.
There has never been a more exciting time to join this company as they are about to go through a huge transition, so you’ll get the opportunity to work on some amazing projects. The role will be varied and diverse so you will need to have significant experience supporting a senior executive. Along with a proactive and helpful attitude, you’ll have strong MS Office & technical ability to manage all the usual EA tasks. This role requires you to have a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, excellent communication skills and be great with people. Day to day you will be responsible for tasks such as:- Calendar management / Coordinating meetings
- Maintaining a high level of awareness of matters coming in and out of the CEO’s office
- Providing a high-level of administrative support / Responding to enquiries with sound judgement
- Booking & planning travel itineraries and requirements
- Producing presentations or reports as needed
- Attending meetings when necessary and taking key notes
What you’ll need to have:
- 3+ years in a PA/EA role supporting an executive
- Advanced MS Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software
- Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating confidence and the ability to liaise at executive levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong attention to detail
