As a Paid Social Specialist, you will manage’ Paid Social campaigns for Kayo, BINGE and Flash. This will include implementation, optimisation and generating meaningful insights for the wider Acquisition Team. Your role will be varied, and no doubt evolve over time, however the bulk of this position will see you engrossed with campaign execution, set up, optimisation and analysis, across Facebook / Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok. 

 

Working closely with the Digital Lead & Media Planning Teams, you will be activating paid Social campaigns to promote Streamotion’s content and convert users’ interest into trialists.  

 

You will support on brands; BINGE, Kayo & Flash, with support from a Junior Social Specialist and the wider team.

 

Your day to day will involve –

  • Day to day implementation, trafficking, optimisation and pacing of paid social campaigns, towards CPA targets.
  • Campaign planning for ATL brand campaigns.
  • Implementation & management of brand campaigns.
  • Ensure that the campaigns are activated on time, based on the content calendar, with the right budget, creatives and tracking in place.
  • Ensuring legal and brand compliance of content that goes live on social media channels.
  • Develop audience targeting and re-engagement strategies, in line with the overarching marketing approach.
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and make recommendations for corrective modifications with a view to ongoing optimisation.
  • Provide actionable insights to Senior Stakeholders, by translating advertising data into business level recommendations, in a timely manner.
  • Escalate and report issues affecting campaigns’ activities to the Digital Lead, in a prompt and constructive manner.
  • Build strong relationships with Social Media vendors, to get the best in-market technical, creative and strategic support, from their different teams.

 

Your background should include –

  • Minimum 3 year experience running end-to-end Facebook, Tiktok & Twitter campaigns.
  • Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager
  • Thorough knowledge of Social Platforms
  • Ability to extract compelling actionable insights rapidly, from both ad platforms and analytics dashboards. 
  • Proficient at trafficking Social campaigns and troubleshooting tracking/pixel issues.
  • Understanding of the social media influencer landscape
  • Interest in sport and/or drama, movies and TV series
