Motion Graphics Designer

We Make Online Videos (WeMOV) is one of Australia’s leading video production and animation studios. WeMOV is the industry’s workplace of choice with headquarters in South Melbourne and offices in Sydney and Brisbane. WeMOV is growing fast and in need of a mid-weight motion designer, with experience in both 2D and 3D animation, to start immediately based in our Melbourne HQ. 

This role will see you creating world-class content for our awesome clients across all industries, both 2D and 3D. From creating storyboards and style frames through to animation and delivery, you will take creative control of your projects with the view to achieving the best possible results for our clients. 

The successful applicant will have:

Minimum 2 years as motion designer working in a studio environment 

Possess high-level skills in both 2D and 3D animation 

Expert level in Cinema 4D, After Effects and the Adobe CC suite (Illustrator, etc.) 

Able to work to tight deadlines 

A creative thinker with the ability to develop unique concepts and designs 

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team 

Ability to interpret client requests and produce concepts and designs that are on brief and exceed expectations 

A Passion for design and animation 

A good sense of humour and loves what they do
