Who We Are
THEODORE is an exciting fashion start-up, featuring unique technology which powers our luxury menswear ecommerce business. This role is based in our Surry Hills head office, with potential opportunities to travel for our popup experiences in cities around Australia and internationally.

The Role
We are looking for a driven and organised individual to drive sales for high value clients of our luxury menswear business, via both virtual and in person appointments.
This means:

  • Providing information on our products, follow up prospects & leads, providing excellent service, and working with clients to understand the exact order and specifications they require.
  • Integrating clients into our business systems, to promote and encourage ongoing orders.
  • Facilitating both virtual and in person appointments.

This role is ideal for someone who has proven ability in sales, is organised, flexible, and has some experience in menswear or fashion sales.

The Person
You must:

  • Be able to work with key clients via email, over the phone and in person
  • Have strong communication skills, and be able to satisfy clients and enhance relationships
  • Have excellent organisational skills, to ensure all aspects of quotes, orders and other requests are completely fulfilled in a timely fashion.
  • Have a proven track record in corporate sales
  • Be accurate, have great attention to detail, and work well under pressure.
  • Have a can-do attitude and be ready to undertake a variety of tasks, taking notes and feedback as it is given.


  • Experience in customer facing retail or luxury brand environments
  • Experience in either menswear/fashion or personal sales
