ABOUT YOU IN THIS ROLE

We are hiring a full time Marketing Campaign Manager who ideally understands and loves Australian music, live events and the media landscape. The successful candidate will report to our CEO but be confident enough to work both autonomously and as part of our broader team. You would be joining a forward-thinking team that knows the rate of change in the industry and gets ahead of it. We are looking for a technically astute individual who in addition to marketing strategy and campaign management, has experience working in digital marketing for the entertainment industry. ROLE DUTIES 

  • Liaising with clients to draw out their objectives and build marketing plan that encompasses them. 
  • Working within marketing plan budgets. Apply metrics to set overall budgets, assess where digital spend is successful. 
  • Integrate digital ads, billboards, influencer and creator partnership marketing to deliver a multi-faceted campaign. 
  • Ability to deliver top level marketing strategies inclusive of digital, social and outdoor advertising. 
  • Integrate data driven analysis to assess campaign KPI’s.
  • Proficient knowledge of media buying – desired but not required
  • Conversant in the digital ad space, optimising Facebook, Instagram and Google and quickly adapts to new platforms and digital developments.
  • Use data to create and prospective audiences.
  • Innovative thinker, with ability to create strategic solutions.
  • Work alongside the wider team with the ability to output work and delegate.
  • Must work within project timelines to deliver tasks accordingly prioritising own workload for multiple stakeholders.
  • Work closely with publicists and in house social media manager, providing context at every turn.
  • Setting the audience growth and engagement strategy for to give each client consistent momentum from online channels while reporting on campaigns return on investment.
  • Identify content opportunities with the marketing team and execute social first content rollouts to ensure persistent growth and high engagement across client touch-points.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, delivering for multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels within the business
  • Experience with basic level copywriting
  • Experience in commissioning/producing audio/visual content and assets
  • Love Australian music and having a dance at any one of our music festival…
