Experience and Skills:
– High-level experience in Adobe Suite, specialising in PS
– Experience in Klaviyo or similar Marketing Platform
– Keen eye for Design, experience in Contemporary Fashion Preferred 
– Understanding of Email Marketing best practices
– Strong copywriting skills, experience copywriting for a Contemporary Fashion Brand preferred
– Strong reporting and analytical skills
– Knowledge of and experience using Shopify or similar CMS
– Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

The role:
– Develop an annual marketing plan in collaboration with Digital Manager
– Execute and Schedule EDMS for all Fashionata brands
– Contact and build relationships with influencers, agents, and clients
– Ensure all brands have sent to the proposed quota of influencers per week
– Update Manager weekly on influencer spending for running totals per month
– Negotiate rates with influencers for posts
– Communicate results to Marketing Team in an effective manner
– Plan Instagram feed and daily and interactive IG stories
– Drive social engagement through interaction on social (DM’s, comments)  
– Track insights and analytics for all Digital Marketing 
– Design creative for social and paid digital marketing according to Marketing Plan
– Communicate effectively with Ecommerce coordinator on Merchandising requirements to ensure merchandising accurately reflects marketing campaigns
– Coordination and briefing of image retouching (campaign, eCommerce, Marketplace, and Major retailers) with Graphic designer
– Organise and maintain internal and external collateral storage with a high level of attention to detail
– Maintenance to EDM automations, updating content quarterly 
– Build brand books, pitch decks, and lookbooks seasonally
– Design and coordination of all branded and printed collateral, including packaging and signage.
