We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join our team, someone that can help us execute our  day-to-day marketing initiatives.

As the Marketing Coordinator you will be working collaboratively within a broad team, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and creative curiosity. You will need to think creatively and be driven by day-to-day executions and results. 

This opportunity is suitable for a self-motivated, driven, and passionate individual who is looking to work in a small team. This role requires a well-organized individual with the ability to switch between multiple projects on demand.

Dot Agency is an in-house marketing & creative agency for hospitality & food brands based in Belrose Sydney. We’re a small team of creative thinkers, providing tailor-made solutions to help businesses grow their brand. Using our combined expertise in strategy, design and digital, our team offers services that help brands deliver their message effectively, and connect with their target audiences.

The tasks for the role include:

  • Identify scope of work from clients and create a project brief 
  • Managing the visibility of project progress internally, running project meetings, and liaising closely with clients as the project progresses, to maintain transparency
  • Assign resources using task management tools such as Monday, Click up etc
  • Ensuring all new collateral and digital assets are organized in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the team to produce exceptional work
  • Assisting with administrative tasks pertaining to the business 
    The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a digital or social media marketing industry
  • Knowledgeable in social marketing, digital trends, and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of trends in photography, social media, and food
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail, and be adaptive to constructive criticism
  • Able to respond quickly to multiple projects and work well under pressure, effectively handling conflicting deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, ad hoc requests, and changing priorities
  • (not necessary, but very highly regarded) ability to communicate in Japanese
