Amble is an Australian outdoors brand, primarily operating through its ecommerce store. Working within a small team and reporting to the founder, your work will have a direct impact within the marketing, operations and growth of the business, that’s been featured everywhere from Broadsheet, Marie Claire, Frankie, Elle to We Are Explorers.
Amble’s hero products are their waterproof jackets, made from over 31 recycled bottles and designed to get women outdoors, without any compromise on fit or function, style or sustainability. Sustainability is a core value of the brand, using only recycled and organic fabrics in its carbon neutral supply chain, and one tree planted for every order, with over 15,000 trees planted.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join the team, working across email marketing, social media marketing, marketplace management and partnerships.
The role will involve:
- Email marketing: planning and creating campaigns and automated flows
- Social media marketing: assisting with developing our content plan, creating content, scheduling and reporting on performance
- Website management: uploading content, copywriting, stock levels
- Managing marketplace operations and wholesale accounts
- Partnerships: working with creators, influencers and managing collaborations
The role will continue to evolve over time and remain multifaceted, suiting a generalist marketer who is a quick learner.
The successful applicant will have:
- A passion for the outdoors and sustainability is a must! We surround ourselves with like-minded people and bring our passion to work everyday
- 2+ years relevant experience across digital marketing/ecommerce
- Experience within email marketing, content, social media marketing and using appropriate platforms such as: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Later, Canva
- Experience with Shopify highly desirable (but not a must)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Analytical mindset with outstanding attention to detail
- A positive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Start Date: Early March 2023
Office Location: Richmond, Vic
Salary: $55-70k (pending on experience) + super
Please note this is a full time, in person role, with the possibility of 1-2 days WFH. There is the option to discuss 4 days part time pro-rata’d for the right candidate. Also noting there must be full availability in May.
