Outsource—part of The Recognition Group—is looking for an experienced account director to join our amazing team. 

You will thrive in a fast-paced working environment, joining a full suite of consultants, project managers, data experts, marketing and digital specialists, designers, web developers and content writers, who all love what they do! 

Working closely with your team, your key responsibilities will be: 

  • end-to-end management of multi-channel campaigns 
  • full account ownership: you should know your clients inside out and be able to determine the needs of their business  
  • managing client budgets  
  • briefing the design team to bring your creative campaign ideas to life across digital and offline channels 
  • liaising with our internal team of designers, copywriters, marketing execution and PR consultants   
  • mentoring junior team members 
  • maintaining key relationships throughout the industry. 

About you 

You’re a hands-on, thoughtful leader with a serious love for marketing and the creative space. You believe that what you do matters and work hard every day to support the mission and values of your organisation and your clients. 

You’re organised, a fantastic communicator and passionate about helping people. One of your great joys in life is making change and you’re not afraid to put your hand up when you have a great idea. You move with urgency and purpose, and love to learn and engage. 

We’d also love you to have: 

  • 7+ years of hands-on B2B enterprise marketing experience 
  • knowledge of the IT channel and MDF or co-op-funded marketing programs (desirable) 
  • above average writing and editing skills  
  • experience working with LinkedIn, Google and other paid digital programs  
  • excellent project management and time management skills 
  • leadership experience/ability to mentor and guide junior team members. 

You will also have the right to work in Australia.
