As the Label & Marketing Coordinator you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and alongside the wider marketing team to assist with planning and executing release marketing strategies. You will own the lines of communication between artist, label and fan, acting as gatekeeper for audience connectivity and growth. Additionally you will have a wealth of opportunity to explore A&R and label management working with etcetc’s General Manager. As the label continues to expand, we value the development of our employees and provide growth and training in line business growth. Whether that be in A&R, marketing, or label management, we will support your endeavours to specialise into the field of your choosing.

Your Role 
As Label & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for: 
·     Coordinating the overall label schedule 
·     Planning and coordinating all assets and releases 
·      Label channel management across social media, YouTube, website, and   newsletter 
·      Working directly with artists and managers during the production of audio and visual tools, recording logistics, marketing, PR tools and campaign reporting 
·      Working with promotions, sales and media teams, as well as related artist or brand events and touring teams 
·      Monitoring release marketing plans 
·      Representing the label with key business partners including labels, third party label services and DSPs 
·       Ad hoc special events assistance  
  
Attributes  
·       Demonstrated experience operating within a similar field 
·       An in depth knowledge of current international and domestic new music and trends 
·       Project management skills, including the ability to manage many projects simultaneously 
·       Ability to work to multiple production deadlines 
·       Advanced skills in office administration 
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
·       Highly organised, with acute attention to detail and multitasking abilities  
·       Experience in copywriting for social media, website and press releases  
·       Experience with budgeting and financial management 
·       Strong relationship and client management skills 
·       A strong understanding of music streaming platforms  
·       Creative problem solving  
·       Professional and proactive attitude, with the ability to contribute within a team 
·       Displays a high level of motivation and drive 
·       A strong passion for music and working in the music industry, specifically across indie, electronic and dance music 
·       We also value highly any candidate who will contribute to identifying potential artists or signings that fit the A&R vision of the label
