JUNIOR PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

AP-REPS IS A LEADING PRODUCTION COMPANY REPRESENTING PHOTOGRAPHERS / HAIR & MAKE-UP ARTISTS / STYLISTS WITHIN THE FASHION INDUSTRY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A JUNIOR TO JOIN THE TEAM WHO IS HIGHLY ORGANISED AND SELF-MOTIVATED. THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE SUPPORTING PRODUCERS / AGENTS IN ALL ASPECTS OF SHOOT PRODUCTION AND TALENT MANAGEMENT. WE ARE BASED IN ROSEBERY NSW

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

– Management and curation of imagery for website and marketing – candidate would be proficient in Photoshop / ADOBE / Squarespace / CANVA / Mailchimp

– Liaising with talent on image sourcing / resizing and updating individual web pages and instagram posting

– Booking assistants / studios / catering / models / council permits / equipment – strong and confident communication skills

– Attending shoots with Producer (studio and location)

– Marketing and business development research alongside the team in broadening our reach and connection with new brands.

– Comfortable working within a small team both autonomously and collaboratively with a willingness to adapt and work across various roles of the business.
