If so Cosmax Prestige Brands are looking for a PR Professional who will thrive in a fast paced, challenging, energetic environment surrounded by a collaborative team, and will have autonomy to implement publicity plans for each of our brand portfolios to achieve the agreed objectives and results.

Key Responsibilities:

COMMUNICATIONS

  • Prepare strategy, objectives and plans
  • Present full media landscape overview
  • Develop relationships with editors, print & digital, bloggers/KOLS
  • Preparation of press reports for international brand principals
  • Initiate pitches for owned portfolio with approved Press lists
  • Full ownership of press launches and key moments
  • Draft press releases and e-blasts
  • Act as the media liaison for price confirmations, press releases and other press information
  • Brief daily media product callouts for journalists

INFLUENCER PARTNERSHIPS & SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Management of KOL partnerships with brand portfolio, including searching, negotiating, liaising and presenting to global partners
  • Full liaising of content approval
  • Overseeing content and applying industry expertise
  • Manage contractual agreements

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience

  • Previous in-house or agency Public Relations, prefer 3+years
  • Events management
  • Influencer Partnerships
  • Beauty experience preferred but not essential

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, including multi-tasking and prioritising
  • Advanced intermediate MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Responsible & accountable
  • Strong work ethic

Education

  • Tertiary Business Degree, with Major in Public Relations, Marketing or Advertising
