​We currently have an amazing opportunity on offer for a Junior Sales Associate. You will need to have exceptional selling skills and possess the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers on a national level.

Key responsibilities:

Have a keen understanding of women’s apparel brands and the competitive environment. Develop a strong brand awareness to ensure each brand is represented in the right stores. Maintain and grow sales by establishing and maintaining a business relationship with current clients. Identify and secure new clients to ensure all key locations are covered for each brand. Achieve set budgets and KPI’s. Regularly follow up and liaise with clients to ensure our product and service standards are met. Conduct in-store visits and preparation of reports on client overall performance, label performance and competitor labels in store. Raise sales orders via the various software tools provided by each brand. Prepare samples for showings. You must be able to travel when required.

To be considered for this role you must have:
A Love of fashion with a high sense of style and appreciation for current trends. Be a natural salesperson with experience in a B2B sales role preferred. The confidence to achieve sales budgets and KPI’s (preferably women’s fashion working with independent retailers). Understand the importance of strong written and oral communication. Be goal-orientated and driven to succeed and flourish within the fashion industry. High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize an ever-changing workload and able to work both independently and in a team environment.

Technical skills required; Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and an understanding of various Sales Software Tools.

Hold a current Drivers License.
