About​ ​the​ ​Role



Seeking​ ​a​ ​talented individual​ ​to​ ​work​ ​alongside​ Inventory Operations Coordinator and report to Inventory Operations Manager. The Merchandise Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting with the coordination of the inventory management from receiving throughout the disposal inventory process. Successful individuals also need to be able to liaise with all teams across the wider business to ensure the smooth transition of the inventory management process





  • Be the data entry support for the Inventory Operations department.
  • Assist the Inventory Operations Coordinator in inventory management and ensure stock level recordings and reports are accurate. 
  • Assist with stock-take and manage the life cycle of inventory.
  • Takes task direction from Inventory Operations Coordinator and Manager.
  • Ensure all inventory storing areas are kept in a tidy, organized, and well-recorded state at all times.
  • Assist with the preparation during our photoshoots by providing support to both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Assist with uploading new products to our sales channel websites.
  • Provide feedback on any new Inventory Operations processes and contribute to actioning these accordingly. 
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for automation to help secure the longevity of inventory  
  • Assist in the coordination with cross-functional teams (Operations, Customer Success & Engineering) to gather all necessary data for the product to go live on time.
  • Provide thorough and timely Quality Assurance for site content daily to ensure product data integrity. 
  • General admin and support of all Inventory Operations functions.

  • Minimum 1-year experience in stock management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with product categories, tags, and attributes for fashion eCommerce business.
  • Intermediate knowledge and familiarity with google suite. (Spreadsheet, Docs, Gmail, and Calendar)
  • Accuracy in data entry skills. 
  • Previous use of Magento and Shopify is desirable. 
  • Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Possess the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Possess the ability to problem-solve through inefficiencies as they arise.
