Internship Marketing & Sales (with the possibility of a full-time position)

Company Overview: We are a rapidly growing beverage company based in Sydney, known for our dynamic and entrepreneurial brand environment. Our diverse portfolio includes popular brands like LeVeL Lemonade, 28 Black, and AriZona. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven intern who is passionate about the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and eager to gain hands-on experience in our dynamic and innovative company.

Having recently introduced our beloved LeVeL Lemonade in cans, many new opportunities and challenges to work on have come up. So, there will be special attention drawn to the brand LeVeL Lemonade during this internship.

Responsibilities:

As a Marketing and Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting various departments, primarily marketing and sales. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with diverse projects and tasks across marketing and sales departments.
• Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential target customers.
• Executing social media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Supporting the development of marketing materials, including social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), email newsletters, merchandise, and promotional flyers.
• Maintaining Onlineshop 
• Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
• Conducting post-campaign analysis to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
• Handling administrative tasks such as document preparation, reports, presentations, inventory management, email correspondence, follow-up communication, and file and data management.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Content creation skills, with proficiency in crafting engaging content tailored to different social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager) to track and interpret engagement and reach metrics.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program or recently graduated in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, sales, or food science.
• Proficiency with Shopify 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• A genuine passion for the beverage industry and a strong desire to learn about all aspects of the business.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with the potential for a full-time position.
