Intern - Creative Artist Management and Production Agency

We represent some of Australia’s best Photographers, Directors, Hair & Makeup Artists, and Stylists. We are looking for someone to intern with us 2 days per week for a 10 week block. The role involves both general office admin tasks and assisting the agents/producers with production. We will provide a fun and fulfilling learning environment, with direct exposure to the advertising and fashion industries.

The candidates must meet the following criteria:
· Great multi-tasking skills
· Attention to detail
· Organised, creative, focused and committed
· A positive can-do attitude and friendly personality
· Great time management and organisation skills
· Proactive and able to take initiative
· Good work ethic and enthusiastic approach
· Knowledge of social media platforms
· An interest in fashion, advertising and production

Experience in the following is preferred but not essential:
· Photoshop
· Indesign
· Google Workspace
· WordPress / Squarespace

Duties:
· Answering phones
· Assisting agents in production and other areas of the business
· Assisting with admin duties
· Assisting with social media management – Facebook, Instagram etc
· Assisting with website content management

NB:
Expenses incurred during the working day will be covered if receipts are provided (eg. taxi during a shoot, prop purchase for a shoot etc.) Travel to and from work, lunch etc. will not be covered. 
All equipment will be provided, you will not be required to bring anything to work.

No associated course accreditation. A reference letter will be supplied upon completion of the internship.
