Silverfox Management Group, Australia and New Zealand’s premier mature age model and influencer agency, is currently looking for an Agent to lead the management of their influencer and digital content creator division, “ICONS”

What does the role involve?

  • Build, scale and drive revenue in our influencer and digital content creator division
  • Be the first point of contact for clients/brands and influencer queries
  • Regularly update CRM with influencer profiles and up to date stats
  • Actively identify new business opportunities in market and across existing clients to drive revenue
  • Manage end to end influencer campaigns for clients including curating talent, rate and contract negotiation, content delivery, and end of campaign reporting
  • Build, nurture and grow long term relationships with clients, talent, and influencers
  • Collaborate with influencers on their content strategy in order to better position themselves for brand collaborations
  • Scout and recruit new mature age influencers to the agency
  • Develop creative, distribution and marketing plans to consistently promote our roster of influencers to new and potential clients via social media and email marketing
  • Attend industry networking events

What are we looking for?

  • Confidence in business development 
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns in Australia
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving increase in business revenue
  • Experience in negotiating contracts
  • Excel at building strong relationships with clients and talent
  • Innovative thinker and solution orientated
  • Confident presenter with ability to communicate effectively to both external and internal stakeholders
  • Team player with the ability to work autonomously as required
  • Be creative and proactive in surfacing new opportunities
  • Social media enthusiast with a working knowledge of key platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok and YouTube)
  • Able to compile, analyse and interpret data across campaign development, management and optimisation
  • Best in class client servicing, account handling and project management
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Knowledge of Google suite of tools – e.g. Google Sheets, Drive, Slides and Gmail
  • Knowledge of Dropbox
  • Knowledge of CRMs – Syngency CRM a bonus, but not essential
