Graphic Designer

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Lenzo are in need of a talented, fast paced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer is responsible for working with the team in bringing their vision to life and creating beautiful and memorable designs for clients, embracing and capturing the LENZO brand and aesthetic. You will support the team in designing events and activations of all sizes including but not limited to shopping centre events & activations, product launch activities, and large-scale private client events.

This position is for contract/freelance work.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will play an important role in assisting the event team in delivering creative concepts, and will be responsible for:

• Assisting the creative team in managing all styling deliverables
• Design concepts including mood boards, presentations to client, signage and other material
• Create and/or enhance event and activation designs
• Submit interim files for approval and collaborate with the team throughout process
• Record time keeping of all activities

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for style, demonstrate excellent organisational skills, time management and multi-tasking skills, and bring a positive, can-do attitude. We are after someone who is super creative, and eager. Being a team player is key.

• A minimum of 2 years graphic design experience
• 3D render knowledge is preferred but not essential
• Proficient skills in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop), MS PowerPoint, Word, etc. 
• Creative and used to thinking outside the box
• On top of new trends

• Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• You are highly motivated and can work diligently alone as well as in a team

• Personable and presentable
• Eager to contribute new ideas

• You have strong time management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage competing priorities
