Do you have a passion for fashion and live and breathe social media?

Ilaboptics is looking for a Full Time Social Media Coordinator, to manage accounts across our portfolio of exciting Aussie and global brand names.

We are looking for an energetic and switched-on self-starter with a genuine passion for all things social and all things fashion.

Ideally, you will have  a minimum. of 2 years in a similar role (agency or client-side) and are equipped with the key skills required to execute social media end-to-end and hit the ground running.

You will join a fun vibrant team based in a warehouse/showroom in South Yarra. 

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Account Management – You have a solid understanding and ability to transfer your skills across a broad array of brand profiles. You will be equipped with professional communication skills
  • Social Media Content – You are capable of delivering incredible content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, driving sales and engagement.
  • Experience in the Adobe Suite photography, videography and styling is an advantage!
  • Copywriting – You will have excellent attention to detail and a keen understanding of brand tone of voice.
  • Creative– You’ll always be paying attention to what other brands are doing in the market, and be a creative thinker who can come up with exciting and fresh social media marketing ideas.

Key attributes include: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous social media experience – agency or client side
  • Excellent time management skills & ability to work to quick deadlines
  • A genuine passion for digital and social media marketing
  • You will have a love of all the latest pop culture trends – appreciate a genius marketing campaign, bang on collaboration ideas and know who the latest influencers to watch are,
  • You have a natural eye for design, branding and aesthetics
