Job Summary:

The fulfilment and stockroom coordinator position is a newly created role due to the brands continuous growth.  We are seeking a coordinator who has experience working with a premium fashion brand to manage our stockroom and wholesale distribution. 

The fulfilment and stockroom coordinator role is responsible for delivering a high level of service and support for Tutu Du Monde. The role is responsible for the day-to-day management of customer service, account queries, fulfilment, inventory management, shipping, and logistics.  The coordinator will also be responsible for administration, invoicing, picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders in a timely manner.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in daily fulfilment of online orders when busy. Pick, packing and ensuing all paperwork is recorded accurately. 
  • Manages a small team for pick and packing 
  • Managing daily stock room operations across product returns, exchanges, incoming and outgoing. 
  • Tight control of all inventory management from receipt of bulk deliveries and replenishment orders through to returns
  • Manages wholesale dispatch with the support of the sales manager 
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely stock uploads and deliveries 
  • Management of customer care communication ensuring all enquiries are swiftly resolved 
  • Actively participates as a member of the broader Tutu Du Monde team, to assist with accomplishment of team and business goals

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service or sales support role. 
  • Experience in fulfilment and logistics. 
  • Excellent organisational, accuracy and time management skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative in problem solving and efficiencies in resolving issues 
  • Physically capable of moving medium size boxes within the stock room 
  • Valid Australian drivers’ licence
