The Opportunity…

Inspired by music, art, and vintage design, this globally sought after denim brand is searching for an experienced Store Manager to lead their NEW FLAGSHIP store in Armadale.

As the Store Manager you will;

• Be someone who leads at the front; You too are obsessed with and appreciate great Denim.
• Provide on-brand customer experience to all customers. You understand the importance of local community and know many of your regular customer by name.
• Be a product expert. You’re passionate about fit, features and love the idea of sustainable fashion.
• You love to mentor and train – you set people up for success. You will train and develop your team through regular coaching and feedback, helping them achieve their KPIs
• Possess Strong Business Acumen… you will identify opportunities & action great initiatives. You will oversee stock management, manage wages and oversee all rostering needs, productivity and manage expenses in line with budgets.
• You will work with the broader business and provide feedback on product, best sellers and merchandising to head office…
