Fashion Casual Sales Stylist

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join the Carte Blanche family! This is your opportunity to be a Fashion Sales Stylist in a unique and beautiful couture environment. All pieces are from France and Europe and are beautiful to work with.

This CASUAL POSITION offers a varied role focused on creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for our clients. Predominantly Saturday hours with potential for more for the right candidate. The successful applicant will be passionate about providing exceptional service and dedication to our unique small business.

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Positive can-do attitude
• Interest or study in Fashion area at a tertiary level is a MUST
• Interest in fashion and the bridal industry is a MUST, prior experience is a BONUS
• Sewing skills/awareness/knowledge is a BONUS
• Presentable appearance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Punctuality and reliability with a strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence to work autonomously

Responsibilities include:

• Provide an exceptional and consistent experience to all brides and their party members.
• Work one on one with brides to create the perfect bridal style for their wedding day.
• Build relationships with brides throughout the entire lifecycle of the experience.
• Assist with implementing new business ideas relating to customer experience, driving sales, new technology and merchandising.
• Assist with Social Media Content and varying tasks
• Participate and assist with organising in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.
• Maintain high level of store standards by maintaining a clean and well-organised store.
• Represent the store and the designer labels we sell in a professional and consultative manner.
