To assist the SE team with entertainment enquiries and bookings
-
Manage a portfolio of bookings for weekly residencies and bookings of a small remuneration
-
Develop skills across all areas of entertainment production including but not limited to
proposals, budgets, client management, supplier management, risk assessments, run
sheets, bump in and out schedules, invoices etc.

Assist with the coordination of operations and logistics with vendors, personnel and
suppliers

Receive, manage, quote, secure and produce entertainment enquiries and bookings
from a portfolio of Corporate, Private and Major Event clients

Provide excellent customer service

Liaise with stakeholders, talent and suppliers to ensure each booking is executed to the
highest standards

Maintain and build strong working relationships with SE clients, talent and suppliers

Ensure all SE processes and procedures are adhered to
-
Support General Manager and Senior Entertainment Manager as required
- Own social media platforms with guidance from Senior Management
-
General administrative tasks as required
