Ecommerce Warehouse Assistant

Earjobs are Australia and New Zealand’s largest hearing protection store. Started back in 2005 as a reseller of one single type of live music ear plug, we now sell hearing protection for pretty much everything under the sun. We even sell ear plugs for horses (did you know there was such a thing?)

Presently, we need a switched-on person to help pack customer orders in our warehouse in Marrickville, Sydney.

This is a great chance to get in at the ground floor at a fun-loving, fast-growing and socially minded small business.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
– Picking and packing customer orders
– Unloading stock onto shelves
– Performing occasional stock-takes
– General warehouse duties such as cleaning and tidying
– Communicating with the team about any stock shortages

To be successful for this role you will need to have the following:

• Strong attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Initiative and a can-do attitude
• Some retail, ecommerce or warehousing experience

Shifts times are Wednesday (12.30pm-4.30pm) and Thursday (12.30pm-4.30pm).

Pay rate is $33 per hour (permanent part time).

Warehouse team members are welcome to listen to music, podcasts, lectures or even ASMR if you’re into that. You will also receive free ear plugs until your heart’s content.
