Through our online store and Bondi studio store we provide exceptional service and a standout experience to our customers. 

Based in our Bondi studio store, we are seeking a full time E-commerce + Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the daily dispatch of orders, customer service, inventory management and working alongside our team to meet our company goals. We work closely together and are passionate about our product and the industry. You will have exposure to the workings of a fast growing brand and local manufacturing. 

 

The primary purpose of this role includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Receiving all deliveries, unpacking, preparing and distributing orders to customers.
  • In store customer service at our Bondi store, we are education focused. Our customers are not sold to in a traditional sense, the experience is based around education on our brand ethos, fits, fabrications and upcoming collections. 
  • Picking, packing and processing of orders for our online store 
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email, over the phone and in store
  • Assist with the management and organisation of stock within the studio
  • Monitor and report on sales, website metrics 
  • Monitor and report on stock levels in best sellers and signatures 
  • Ensure product enrichment, inventory and content is uploaded accordingly
  • Organise and maintain a clean and process driven workspace.
  • Help us to establish and grow a VIP customer base so we have regular conversations and a relationship with our community.

The successful applicant will possess-

  • Experience in fashion retail customer service and / or an online dispatch environment 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail across order fulfilment, quality control and packaging.
  • Be self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience with software and logistic platforms such as Shopify and Microsoft Office, will be an advantage.
