Experience and Skills:

– High-level MS Excel understanding

– Experience in Shopify or a similar CMS platform

– Keen eye for Digital Merchandising; ideally experienced in Fashion Merchandising

– Understanding of SEO best practices (will be provided strong guidance)

– Knowledge of and experience using a CMS (Content Management System) to manage stock online

– Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

– Good understanding of UX/UI

The role:

– Manage the upload of products to websites

– Manage the upload of products to Iconic Marketplace

– Ensure all products are mapped correctly between the Inventory Management system and CMS

– Daily reviews of Digital Merchandising across all collections, prioritising new arrivals and styles with high stock volume

– Work in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure pages are merchandised accurately for all campaigns

– Support the Digital Manager with on-website content updates as required

– Review Search Terms to identify and correct searches returning no results

– Maintain product filters, ensuring all new values are accurately attributed to a filter group

– Apply price adjustments online in line with sales and promotions

– Apply Iconic Marketplace promotions as directed by eCommerce Manager

– Ensure pricing is consistent across own Sites and Iconic Marketplace

– Input product Metadata fields with accurate product information

– Coordinate eCommerce photoshoots, ensuring all styles are shoot in time for launch. Provide relevant information to photographers/studios and shoot team

– Constant site revision to ensure all product is active and visible in all relevant collection pages

– Review the site constantly, identifying and making suggestions for improvement
