We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive who can create, manage, and optimize both social media and digital marketing activities for a range of clients across a variety of categories including Beauty, Health and medical, Fashion and Lifestyle industries. This role will require you to implement the social and digital marketing strategy and be responsible for the consistency of brand message and image across all communication platforms in line with the overarching brand strategy. Reporting directly to the agency owner you will be joining a small but strategic team with a real focus on on-the-job training and upskilling as well as an internal-agency briefing and communication skills.

Social Media duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for various clients across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube (plus any additional channels including TikTok.
  • Manage and oversee social media content working with the internal design and creative team.
  • Create and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Actively engage with the social media community through comments, likes, and responses on other channels including influencers, business partners, and relevant collaborators.
  • Source, manage and implement Paid and Organic Influencer programs and collaborations on behalf of various brands and associated categories.
  • Create copywriting and design concepts to ensure content is informative and appealing and relevant to the various marketing channels/
  • Introduce and manage new features to develop brand awareness, to attract prospective customers such as promotions and competitions
  • Uses social media marketing and reporting tools such as Iconosquare and Loomly.
  • Measure and report on the success of every social media campaign

 Digital Marketing duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the digital marketing strategy across a website, social media advertising, Google ads and display presence as well as Paid Social Media presence.
  • Development of sales-driving marketing initiatives, promotions, and concepts to encourage E-Commerce sales.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Manage web descriptions and web assets. This will include being comfortable with various platforms including WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, and Pimcore.
  • Prepare and deliver B2B & B2C EDM campaigns weekly. This will include being comfortable with various database management platforms including MailChimp, Klaviyo, and HubSpot.
  • Update website artwork, banners, and content to ensure the website is always circulating strong messaging in line with the marketing content for various clients.
  • Write and develop Blogs including upload and Optimisation across various channels using an SEO optimized approach. 
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly & quarterly digital marketing reports
