We are looking for a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Executive to join our vibrant and passionate team as we embark on an exciting period of global growth and expansion. Based in the fashion precinct of Rosebery you will play a key role in growing our existing premium portfolio of brands to reach their full potential.

Reporting to the General Manager, your role will focus on improving the overall customer experience that will drive sales via eCommerce and traditional sales channels. You will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of the company’s strategy and implementing our marketing objectives globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Brand Managers to develop a marketing strategy across digital, social, PR and traditional marketing
  • Management of the overall customer experience that will drive sales via eCommerce and digital sales channels
  • Manage the marketing calendar, including digital campaigns, collaborations, events and editorial
  • Manage the content calendar, including updating the websites, EDM’s, social channels, and blog
  • Manage the marketing budget, timelines and deadlines
  • Promote brand image and ensure consistent ‘tone of voice’ across all marketing channels
  • Execute and evolve the social media strategy
  • Oversee key digital marketing projects and website improvements that support the business growth strategy
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the business’ database each month
  • Manage the weekly social media content plan and clearly communicate with the business to ensure all parties are across the content delivery schedule
  • Write and edit all copy for social, eDMs, promotional banners, SEO friendly blogs and VM signage to ensure the brand’s tone of voice is consistent and in line with the overall brand message.
  • Manage and deliver all content planning, execution and community engagement, ensuring content best practice and flawless execution
  • Oversee the production of engaging content, digital artwork and videos for use across website and social media platforms
  • Liaise and manage external digital agencies
  • Management of SEO, SEM, and paid social campaigns
  • Coordinate and deliver follower acquisition activities, promotions and competitions
  • Manage all paid content partnership programs, as well as influencer seeding programs – managing internally and with external PR agency support
  • Prepare and present weekly reporting on KPI’s, including sales, traffic, conversion, acquisition, retention and UPT
  • Coordinate and secure all marketing activity with retail partners including David Jones, Myer, The Iconic, Bloomingdales, SAKS and Nordstrom
  • Manage the optimisation and delivery of email automations
  • Manage the segmentation of customer databases

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A highly analytical mind; be organised and process driven
  • A creative flair and have the ability to think outside of the box
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • At least 4 years-experience in an e-commerce, digital or content marketing environment
  • Experience with  Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Relevant Adobe experience (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom) preferable
  • A high level understanding of Instagram and Facebook paid campaigns, SEO and SEM
  • A high level understanding of Google Analytics
