As an XPON Technologies Digital Account Manager (Google Marketing Platform Specialist) you will:

What you will do with us

You will play a key role as a Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Specialist at XPON Technologies, managing new and existing clients.

You will be focused on working with our team to provide the best possible outcomes for our clients, which will include:

  • Liaising with the Customer Success Manager and GMP Lead in delivering briefs on GMP Platform Setup, Optimisation, Onboarding & Documentation.
  • Assisting the Global Delivery Team in Creating, Building & Setup Platform activities as per brief documentation and client expectations, as well as following goals and objectives in regards to the client’s digital marketing.
  • Addressing client issues, concerns, or questions in a thoughtful & timely manner.
  • Following Architectural guidelines & best practices for Platform Configuration (Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360 etc.).
  • Providing solutions & recommendations on better setup and integration of Google Marketing Platform.
  • Assisting in briefing, auditing & creating Campaign / Agency reporting needs via Data Studio.
  • Participating in the delivery of training sessions, presentations & helping build and manage client communications & relationships by being a trusted adviser.
  • Supporting the GMP Lead and Sales team on sales collateral for new GMP agency/client pitches.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Managing GMP client accounts for XPON (in collaboration with the Global Delivery Team and Customer Success Manager where our services include Analytics & Cloud for Marketing).
  • Working with new clients to capture all success metrics, goals and objectives of their marketing activity and documenting those metrics.
  • Working closely with other GMP Specialists, the Head of GMP on setup, onboarding, audit, documentation and optimisation of GMP accounts.
  • Working closely with the Global Delivery team on maximising the efficiency of the platforms and providing agreed upon reports demonstrating efficiency and uplift.

About you

You will bring knowledge of digital marketing, GMP and high standards of client delivery to the role. You love a fast paced environment, and can simultaneously manage a number of campaigns/activities across a large portfolio of clients.

You also have:

  • 1-2 years experience with Digital Marketing supporting Search, Social & Display Campaign Activation (Xpon does not run or manage media for all GMP clients, we support the setup and optimisation of the platform, best practices and training, etc).
  • Google Ads Certified ( Search, Display, Video )
  • Experience In the GMP platform Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360 is preferred but not essential.
  • Agency Experience is preferred.

In addition, ideally you also have:

  • Experience tracking, measuring, and analyzing key account metrics such as customer conversion rates, impression share, average order value, CPA/CPMs etc.
  • An understanding of digital marketing activation cross platforms, including Paid Search, Display & Video, Facebook and Measurement & Reporting
  • Experience in the GMP platform Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360 (preferred but not essential).
  • Agency Experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles.

It would also be a bonus if you were certified in SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager, and/or Google Analytics IQ. However if you’re not, this is something we will help you attain.
