About You

  • An ability to build strong relationships and proactively manage challenges at the same time
  • Minimum 2 years experience working for a digital agency or digital marketing department
  • Minimum 2 years experience in account management of Websites, SEO, Google, Facebook & Instagram
  • A naturally curious attitude to spot the underlying needs of the client’s business and identify client pain points with a view to helping them
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate basic and some of the more complex digital marketing strategies (all of which are explained to you by your specialist colleagues) 
  • Confidence to work with colleagues and initiate solutions across our portfolio of Websites, SEO, Google Ads, PPC, Facebook & Instagram
  • You’re based in Australia, and enjoy the ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Speak and write fluent English at a professional level


Digital Account Manager Role

As Account Manager, your role is crucial liaising with clients, with your colleagues and serving as a conduit between the two. You’ll strive to build great, authentic relationships that play a key part in contributing to client and HoneyBadger growth. You’ve got an appetite to learn about each client’s industry, customers and business goals. You eat attention to detail for breakfast, can prioritise workflows and your communication skills are out-of-the-ballpark! You can manage day-to-day projects, and you love to problem-solve. You’re not afraid to ask questions to learn, and you go to colleagues to seek answers before the client makes any enquiries. You’re one step ahead.  You understand the concept of white-label agency work and can manage its inherent nuances. 


  • Managing the full end-to-end cycle of Digital Campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, PPC) as well as the onboarding and ongoing management of customer Websites and SEO.
  • You act as our partner’s outsourced Digital Marketing expert, representing HoneyBadger as a group. 
  • Control communication between white label partner/client/HoneyBadger 
  • Structure & maintain regular communication to secure transparency and customer success
  • Manage client expectations and target objectives 
  • Build & maintain great relationships with all parties 
  • Coordinate client requests and ensure the team actions 
  • Oversee all deliverables and ensure each party meets deadlines 
  • Manage task assignments through our project management tool and internal CRM software. 
  • Report monthly on digital marketing metrics, understanding all the information and providing meaningful insights 
  • Stay up-to-date and communicate digital marketing news and trends
