About Stillwhite is the world’s largest wedding dress marketplace. We are an online platform connecting buyers and sellers. 

The Role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Success specialist to manage customer enquiries on our platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate who is looking to work at an exciting, growing startup. The role is part-time but with an opportunity for the right candidate to expand the role across other departments as we grow. 

This position is online and the successful applicant can work remotely.  There may be team meet-ups on occasion in the Sydney region. The hours needed are part-time on the weekend, on public holidays, and as required. 

Key responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer support online via our platform. Answering questions, managing disputes, and supporting users through the buying process. 
  • Maintain a 24 hour turnaround time in responding to emails over the weekend. 

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have excellent written communication skills 
  • Have impeccable use of English, grammar, and punctuation
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Be able to analyze what difficulties a customer is experiencing and help guide their user experience of our platform
  • Work autonomously and successfully manage your time
  • An interest in wedding dresses is desirable


The hours required are flexible 4 – 6 hours per weekend
