About the Role

We are looking for a driven and passionate Customer Service Professional to join our team to assist the business during this period of growth.


  • Provide excellent service through a customer centric approach and maintain high levels of customer service excellence.
  • Go above and beyond to provide a seamless and memorable experience for our customers.
  • Assist the Customer Service Excellence Manager to oversee customer enquiries and ensure all enquiries are answered promptly via phone, email and social media channels.
  • Assist the team in handling escalated customer enquiries and complaints as required.
  • Own daily communications between other teams such as our engineering and fulfilment team.
  • Work with the team to identify and drive improvements, help resolve difficult enquiries and drive decisions.

About you

  • Over 3+years experience in Customer Service industry
  • Experience in Zendesk or similar customer service system is desirable
  • Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Committed to exceeding key performance indicators
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in retail and/or customer service
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • ‘Can-do’ and ‘Make-it-happen’ attitude
