We are looking for a fast and efficient multitasker to join our team as an order fulfilment and customer service officer. Based in Surry Hills, you will be responsible for liaising with our amazing customers and fulfilling orders.

The role will be offered on a part-time basis and is perfect for someone looking for steady, fixed days of work to fit around their other commitments or studies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail and understands the importance of offering a high standard of customer service. They will have attention to detail, while knowing how to work autonomously and at pace. Experience in e-commerce is not mandatory, but it will definitely be a bonus.  

CRITERIA:
We would love you to apply if you have:
1. strong computer literacy;
2. strong command of English;
3. experience in customer service;
4. a methodical mind; and
5. can work at a fast pace.

Beysis is a disruptor in the FMCG space.  We sell personalised products that focus on lifestyle, sustainability and giving back to causes we feel strongly about.  Our target market is females between the age of 18 to 34.

Based in Surry Hills, we are a small team growing at a fast pace.  We are focussed on building the brand, while having a lot of fun in the process. We believe in celebrating the wins, providing a motivating environment and supporting our staff professionally and personally.
