The role: 

  • Generating creatively focused copy across all mediums including product, packaging, digital experiences and media 
  • Create and maintain a tone of voice that supports the brand 
  • Supporting and levelling up other teams to ensure our brand tone standards are met at every touchpoint 
  • Own our copy library for other teams to access to make sure we are reinforcing our key messages with consistency 
  • Contributing to creative ideation, generating compelling ideas that help win hearts and minds of our audience 
  • Be accountable for copy project delivery ensuring all projects are delivered to brief, on time with quality 

Role Requirements:  

  • Minimum of 5+ years in creative copywriting with experience across brand, major campaigns, tactical creative through to below the line comms and packaging 
  • You have an excellent grasp of the English language 
  • Technically strong with a flair for both structured and creative writing  
  • You have a strong eye for detail in order to catch typos, grammatical lapses, and the different nuances of requested topics 
  • Experience contributing great ideas to a broader creative team beyond copywriting capabilities 
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Highly organised, amazing time management skills while also being competent in workflow platforms 
  • You have proven ability to meet deadlines while also dealing with changing priorities of a fast-paced start up. 
  • Experience working within a brand or agency /production environment ideal 
  • A positive can-do attitude in a highly focused team environment 
  • An eagerness and the ability to work collaboratively within an exciting and creative team
