Do you plan your weekend around where to eat? Is using the correct grammar your love language? Did you spend lockdown going through scroll-stopping food content? We’re looking for someone obsessed with content, that lives for travel and dining.

A full-time role, with a flexible working environment, you’ll work on some of Victoria’s most exciting venues, creating new campaigns, throwing parties and collaborating with all sorts of wonderful creatives and brands. We’re a young and dynamic team, and pride ourselves on doing things differently, and we make no exception when it comes to our marketing, communications and content approach. 


As an integral member of the Marketing team, you will; 

  • Orchestrating strong content strategies across all online and offline platforms with ongoing contribution and alignment to the overarching Marketing and Comms plan for each property
  • Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content
  • Highlight content’s impact on revenue, by tracking and documenting content performance and analyzing the data to improve future content plans
  • Effectively briefing and managing content specialists, photographers, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content and ensure a consistent visual and message, and ensure outputs are delivered on time and to budget
  • Guide the content marketing strategy, facilitate ongoing content planning, manage day-to-day content creation, editing and promotion, and report on the results of each content marketing initiative
  • Plan and execute paid and owned media through a comprehensive content strategy (including SEO)
  • Assist with marketing automation, landing pages, website, blog and EDM through best-in-class content and design, ensuring strong web presence
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice and optimized for search and social promotion
  • Work with the Marketing and Communications Specialist to develop clear, consistent, and effective communications collateral for use across a range of traditional and online channels 
  • Along with the Marketing team develop and provide input into annual strategic planning, budget process and related activities
  • Routinely visit/experience the offers and communicate with operations to ensure the company’s image/brand is maintained at a high standard
  • Maintain close liaison with all departments on activities and seek any advice if required


  • 3- 5 years Social/Marketing/Content experience, either in house or agency based
  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, PR or a related fields
  • Experience with online community building
  • Proficiency with social media analytics
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to write effectively for different audiences
  • Ability to apply creative and innovative thinking to achieve outcomes
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across the business
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and persuade
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and maintain relationships with people from a broad range of backgrounds i.e. staff, suppliers and customers
  • A team player that can also create and work autonomously
