The content creator will be responsible for developing a range of quality entertaining and educational content across all platforms for The Masters Institute of Creative Education and the wider Holmes Education Group portfolio. 


No two days are the same. You will be working closely with our Communications Team to develop strategic campaigns that showcase our brand values and drive authentic engagement with our target demographics. You will take the lead on everything content, driving the shoot schedule, pitching new ideas, recruiting talent and making sure we are hitting all the latest trends across TikTok and Instagram so we can engage and grow our audience. 


  • Create fun, educational or entertaining short-form video content across a range of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Create engaging still photography and graphic design content to supplement video content
  • Develop storyboards, shoot production schedules and oversee content production for more long-form content
  • Edit together engaging video content from a range of raw footage delivered weekly
  • Manage your weekly production schedule to include a range of content themes that drive our brand values and hit KPIs
  • Manage the scheduling of all content and monitor the analytics to gauge content success



  • Strong videography and photography skills, including an eye for framing and shot set up as well as creating punchy editing sequences using Premiere Pro
  • Experience in creating content for social media platforms including: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Proficient in creating digital content in Adobe Suite but also happy to jump on Canva and apps like Videoleap/Capcut  to create content on the fly
  • Ability to write engaging short form copy and captions is a plus
  • Experience working with social calendar, scheduling and analytics tools
  • Have the ability to analyse social media data and analytics into actionable insights
  • A strong interest in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors is essential, with an ability to spot upcoming trends and respond to rapidly changing cultural conversations



  • Given the nature of the industry – encompassing events, launches, filming/shooting etc – after hours and weekend work will be part of the role from time to time
